Current Practice
Neha Dubey is an Australian-qualified lawyer specializing in international administrative law with a range of experience in acting at all levels of the review process of international organizations (both internally and externally), as well as negotiating settlements and alternative dispute resolution options.
Neha has acted for individuals who are current or former employees of a broad range of organisations, including IOM, IAEA, PAHO, OECD, OSCE, UNEP, UNRWA, UNICEF, WMO and the World Bank. Together with Ludovica, she is currently standing counsel to certain staff associations and is also listed on rosters at the ICC, FICSA and WIPO to provide free initial consultations.
Neha has experience in advising on the adjustment of salary packages, pension schemes, confidentiality provisions, and fundamental rights in employment contracts. She has particular experience advising on harassment complaints, employees subject to disciplinary procedures, employees who are at risk of or have been made redundant, and employees who may wish to report on unethical conduct or have become victim to retaliatory conduct by an organization.

Depending on the circumstances of the case, Neha advocates for informal dispute resolution procedures as a first step and encourages her clients to achieve the most timely and efficient solution possible.

Work Experience

From 2024 Laura Papasodaro works on a consultancy basis supporting Ms Ludovica Moro, Ms Neha Dubey and other lawyers practicing in International Administrative Law. Her responsibilities include conducting legal research and analysis, drafting and reviewing legal documents, assisting with case management, preparing and delivering training sessions, and contributing to policy analysis and specialized legal publications.

Laura has wide-ranging international legal experience from her time at the  European Law Institute (ELI), the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA), and the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT).

Laura obtained a Master’s double degree in Law from the University of Milan and Toulouse 1 Capitole, where she pursued studies in European, international, and comparative law.

She is currently working towards admission to the Spanish Bar.
