The assistance provided ranges from case assessment, legal advice, drafting of correspondence, drafting of official documents and pleadings, legal representation and litigation before internal appeals bodies and external international tribunals (UNAT, ILOAT, ECJ, WBAT, EBRDAT, ATBIS).

Alternative dispute resolution: assistance in mediation, negotiations of mutually agreed solutions and settlement agreements.

The staff clinics service is currently provided also at the International Criminal Court in The Hague and at World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva.
